We accept most credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. At checkout you will see the options available in your country.
Your personal online security is very important to us. To ensure your shopping experience is safe we do not process or store any payment information in our database, and only work leading payment providers in transferring information to process your orders.
We charge in the currency you have selected while shopping.

For countries outside the EU, orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to additional charges. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.

We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible. The regular processing time is 1–3 business days, and the estimated delivery depends on your country and selected courier.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to your shipping address. Once the items have been delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your unavailable, you can choose to waive the signature via the delivery partner platform. Please note, if a signature is not collected you agree to our terms and conditions and assume full responsibility for any loss or damages that occur.

All countries within the EU. For countries outside the EU we ship with DDU, which means it is up to your local customs to decide the amount of tax and duty you might need to pay for your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay, this is calculated by your local customs. If your order is shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) duties and taxes are included in the price.
DHL express does not deliver to PO boxes. If this is your only option, please contact help@mossosunwear.com and we will assist you.
VAT and Duties
EU
All orders within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
United Kingdom
For UK customers, sales VAT on orders up to Orders up to £135 (including shipping costs) will not be subject to any import duty or taxes. Any import VAT or duties normally applicable on orders exceeding £135 (including shipping costs) will NOT be covered by MOSSO.
United States
Any orders up to $800 are free of any import VAT or duties and will incur no extra charges. On orders more than $800 you may be liable to pay tax upon receiving your package.
Worldwide
For countries outside of the EU the orders are shipped with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) meaning you may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving your package. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and size exchanges on purchases within 14 days of delivery.
The items must be returned in their original condition (i.e. not worn, washed, ironed, altered or soiled).
For items on SALE, no returns and exchanges are accepted but please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

- Ensure the garment is in original condition with tags attached
- Package up your item securely and send it back within 14 days of dispatch free of charge using our courrier service. International orders needs to be returned to within 21 days of dispatch.
For orders shipped in Italy, the cost of returns is covered by MOSSO for Standard Delivery. For Express returns, the customer is responsible for the returns cost.
For all orders shipped outside Italy, a return fee will be added, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact us directlyat help@mossosunwear.com with a picture of the faulty garment and we will replace the product immediately.

When returning your order, we will issue a full refund for the products, however the initial shipping costs will not be refundedand a return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
When we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email notification. Normally it takes 3-5 business days before you can see the refund back on your account, depending on your bank/credit card/form of payment.
We aim to refund you as soon as we receive your return, but the very latest within 30 days after having received the return.
