We encourage you to join us in reducing excessive shipping by considering the following:

- Shop the correct size and fit. Our size and comparison guides present detailed measurements per category and are available on each product page. Please contact us so we can help you save time on returns and lower our environmental impact, we are happy to assist with any questions via email at help@mossosunwear.com .

    - If you immediately realize a product is incorrect, we request to please not break open the package. Due to the intimate nature of undergarments, a broken package cannot be resold.
      HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
      1. Contact help@mossosunwear.com to let us know what you would like to return or exchange and why. 
      2. We'll send you an email, which will include your returns instructions.
      3. Ensure the garment is in original condition with tags attached
      4. Package up your item securely and send it back within 14 days of dispatch free of charge using our courrier service. International orders needs to be returned to within 21 days of dispatch.
      REFUND CONDITIONS
      Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with the items you received, we will provide a refund under the following conditions:
      • Items must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.
      • Items must be returned in their original condition, package and with all tags attached.
      • Items must be returned new, never worn, used or damaged in any way. For hygiene reasons, swimwear should be tried on over underwear.
      • You must contact us before returning the item to receive your returns instructions. 
      • If you would like a different size or item, you will need to follow the returns process for a refund and then repurchase the new item.
      • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or any items sold at a reduced price including items purchased with a promotional code.
      • We do not accept products purchased during a promotional sale period (more than 15%) or on markdown/final sale.

      Returns may not be accepted where it is obvious that the items have been worn and may be sent back to the customer.

      REFUND PROCESS
      When we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email notification. Normally it takes 3-5 business days before youc an see the refund back on your account, depending on your bank/credit card/form of payment. 

      We aim to refund you as soon as we receive your return, but the very latest within 30 days after having received the return. 

      We recommend you send your items back using our return service/labels. Unfortunately MOSSO cannot be held responsible for items returned using another courrier.
